We are seeking an expert in Microsoft Excel to develop a robust solution for cleaning raw data and generating automated summary reports. The primary goal is to transform messy datasets into standardized, clean, and insightful information. This project involves several key tasks:

1.  Data Cleaning: Implement advanced Excel formulas to cleanse raw data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
2.  Data Standardization: Develop methods to standardize names and other textual data points across various datasets.
3.  Duplicate Removal: Create efficient processes to identify and eliminate duplicate entries, maintaining data integrity.
4.  Automated Reporting: Design and build automated summary reports using Pivot Tables to provide quick and actionable insights.
5.  Power Query Integration: Utilize Power Query for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to streamline the entire process.

We need a freelancer with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Excel's capabilities, including advanced formulas, Power Query, and Pivot Tables, to deliver a solution that simplifies our data management and reporting workflows.
