We are a U.S.-Based marketing agency that connects top talent with franchise ownership opportunities. We’re hiring Executive Recruiters who will use LinkedIn Recruiter (a paid tool we provide) to identify and message candidates, following our proven outreach process.

You’ll act as a strategic talent advisor, helping match high-potential professionals with business opportunities based on their background and experience. You do not need to source leads or talk on the phone—your job is focused on LinkedIn messaging and tracking replies. It’s $3.56/hr, part-time (up to 4 hrs/day).

Project overview

Qualifications: • Active LinkedIn profile in good standing, with the ability to update it to look like an Executive Recruiter per our standards • Excellent written English • High attention to detail and consistency • Able to follow instructions and SOPs exactly • Familiarity with LinkedIn or recruiting is a bonus (but not required) • Reliable internet connection and computer
