Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Speaking Tour Outreach & Coordination

Prism AI consultants, a U.S.-Based company, is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our upcoming speaking tour in Cali and Bucaramanga, Colombia, scheduled for December 2025. This role is crucial for our outreach efforts and event coordination, ensuring a successful tour.

Key Responsibilities:

Research: Identify and compile a comprehensive list of local business chambers, universities, and nonprofit organizations in Cali and Bucaramanga that would be ideal targets for our speaking engagements.

Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email and Whatsapp using provided scripts to introduce prism ai consultants and our speaking tour. This requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Scheduling: Follow up with contacts to nurture leads and efficiently schedule meetings and presentations for our team.

Promotion: Assist in promoting the speaking tour on LinkedIn, crafting engaging content in both Spanish and English to maximize visibility and attendance.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role.

Pay:
$3.50–$4.50/hour | 20–30 hrs/week | Paid weekly
