We are seeking an experienced English-speaking B2B cold caller to join our web design and AI automation agency for a long-term role. We prefer candidates based in Latin America. Our target clients are us small businesses, including plumbers, electricians, hvac services, restaurants, and mobile service providers.
This role offers a unique setup: by the time you dial, the lead is already qualified, and a personalized website demo is already built and live. Your primary task will be to call prospects, share the demo URL during a concise 60-90 second pitch, and close one of two packages: a Standard package at $400 (24-hour delivery) or an Express package at $500 (6-hour delivery, same-day rush).
Compensation is performance-based:
- Earn $100 USD per Standard close ($400 deal)
- Earn $150 USD per Express close ($500 deal)
Realistic earnings range from $400-1,800 usd per month for part-time engagement, with top closers potentially earning $2,000-3,000 usd per month.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of B2B cold calling or telesales experience (BPO experience is acceptable).
- Excellent English with a neutral accent.
- Availability for 4+ hours per day during US Mountain or Pacific business hours.
- Must own your VOIP service, a high-quality headset, and have stable internet access.
We are looking for a long-term commitment, with a minimum of 3-6 months. We will provide all necessary resources, including qualified leads, personalized demos, comprehensive scripts, and effective objection handling techniques. Your focus will be solely on dialing and closing deals.
