Experienced Cold Callers for Real Estate Lead Generation (English & Spanish)

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced cold callers to join our real estate campaign. The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified leads through outbound calls to potential clients. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively engage with a diverse client base. Responsibilities include making a high volume of calls, accurately documenting interactions, identifying potential leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. A strong understanding of the real estate market and previous experience in cold calling or telesales is highly desirable. We are looking for individuals who are results-oriented, persistent, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude while working towards lead generation targets.
