Responsibilities

- Upload PDF files to specific web portals
- Follow clear step-by-step instructions using training videos and written step-by-step guides
- Learn new processes quickly as we update workflows
- Organize files using Google Drive and manage shared folders

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Extreme attention to detail — accuracy is crucial
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Prior experience in insurance, finance, real estate, or data-heavy workflows is a plus
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and clear workflows
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
- Availability to work during U.S. East Coast or West Coast hours
