Hiring: Executive Assistant / VA — Remote | Part Time | EST Hours Required
Looking for a sharp, organized ea to support the ceo of a growing u.S. Marketing agency.
This is not a passive role. You'll be the person who catches everything that falls through the cracks — managing tasks in ClickUp, scheduling on my calendar, writing and sending follow-up emails to leads, drafting responses on my behalf, and managing my inbox. You're not just organizing, you're representing me in writing.
People on my team and clients will throw tasks at you. Your job is to organize them, prioritize them, and make sure nothing gets missed.
You need:
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Background in or exposure to the marketing agency world
Experience as a ghostwriter-style EA — you've written emails, responses, or communications on behalf of someone else before
Experience with ClickUp or similar PM tools
Familiarity with HubSpot — we use it for all client communication
EST timezone availability
The ability to figure things out on your own — I don't have time to hold your hand. If you need constant direction this isn't the right fit.
Details:
15-20 hrs/week to start, more as we grow
$6-10/hr depending on experience
Long term if it's a good fit
