We are seeking a highly motivated Freelance Medical Tourism Consultant to join our team. This remote, contract-based role is crucial for expanding our international patient base and ensuring seamless care coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our specialized neurorehabilitation services globally and managing the entire patient referral and treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with first caregivers, referring hospitals, and medical professionals whose patients could benefit from our neurorehabilitation services.
Facilitate the comprehensive referral process, acting as a key liaison between referring entities and our in-house hospital team and rehabilitation experts.
Provide extensive support to international patients and their families, including assistance with travel arrangements, visa applications, accommodation logistics, and scheduling of rehabilitation sessions.
Actively market our health tourism and advanced neurorehabilitation programs to a global clientele, highlighting our unique approach and successful outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and our medical teams, ensuring clear communication and a smooth, supportive treatment experience from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
Create and manage customized medical travel packages tailored to individual patient needs and preferences.
Coordinate all logistical aspects, including flights, lodging, local transportation, and medical appointments.
Offer expert guidance on medical procedures, necessary documentation, and regulatory requirements for international patients.
Ensure all client travel and treatment plans adhere to established deadlines and budgets.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with patients and referring partners, providing ongoing follow-up support to ensure continued satisfaction and potential future referrals.
