We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to help us source and identify top candidates for our remote team. This is a success-fee-based opportunity, meaning payment will be made only when a candidate you refer is successfully hired.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, or other relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates based on the job requirements.
Share qualified candidate profiles with our hiring team.
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting or talent sourcing.
Ability to find high-quality candidates efficiently.
Strong communication skills and professionalism.
Compensation:
Payment is per successful hire. Details can be discussed upfront.
