Experienced Full-Time Remote Media Buyer for Us Clients

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Media Buyer to manage paid advertising campaigns for our US-based clients. This is a full-time, long-term remote position. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, or YouTube. You must be confident in managing ad budgets, optimizing campaigns for peak performance, and providing detailed reports on results.

Responsibilities include:
- Planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Continuously monitoring campaign performance and optimizing strategies to achieve desired results (e.g., roas, cpl, cpa).
- Conducting thorough audience testing and creative performance analysis to identify effective strategies.
- Reporting key insights and campaign performance weekly to clients or internal managers.
- Setting up and managing conversion tracking mechanisms, including Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and GHL integrations.
- Collaborating effectively with the team using communication tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- 3+ years of proven media buying experience, either in an agency setting or in-house.
- Experience managing significant monthly ad spends, ranging from $5,000 to $50,000.
- A solid understanding of conversion tracking methodologies and effective campaign structures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work comfortably during 9 am–5 pm est hours.
- A strong ownership mentality, demonstrating proactivity, responsiveness, and a results-driven approach.
