Experienced Mobile Developer Needed to Publish React Capacitor App to Ios & Android Stores

I am seeking a skilled mobile developer to handle the final steps of publishing my existing web application, built with React, Vite, TypeScript, and Capacitor, to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The web version of the app is already live at https://roamie.life. All necessary configurations for Capacitor (capacitor.config.ts, app icon, splash screen, and brand colors) are already in place within the GitHub repository.

Scope of Work:

Android (Google Play):
- Initialize Android project: Run 'npx cap add android' and 'npx cap sync'.
- Configure the adaptive launcher icon using the provided PNG file (main color: purple #6B22B5).
- Generate a signed Android App Bundle (.aab) with a brand new keystore.
- Securely hand over the generated keystore file and all associated passwords for my safekeeping.
- Upload the .aab file to the Google Play Console. I will provide access to my developer account (the $25 one-time fee has already been paid).
- Complete all required sections within the Play Console, including:
  - The Data safety form.
  - The Content rating questionnaire.
  - The Store listing (I will supply all necessary texts, screenshots, and the feature graphic).
  - The Privacy policy URL (already published at https://roamie.life/privacy).
- Submit the app for review and actively manage any feedback or rejections from Google, ensuring successful approval.

IOS (Apple App Store):
- Initialize iOS project: Run 'npx cap add ios' and 'npx cap sync'.
- Configure icons, splash screen, bundle ID, and signing within Xcode.
- Build a signed IPA file using my Apple Developer account. I will provide credentials or invite the developer to the account ($99/year fee is already covered).
- Upload the IPA to App Store Connect via Xcode or Transporter.
- Configure the App Store listing (texts and screenshots will be provided).
- Submit the app for review and resolve any feedback or rejections from Apple, ensuring successful approval.

What I Expect From You:
- Both the Android and iOS applications must be live and approved on their respective stores, not just uploaded.
- The keystore file and all associated passwords for the Android app must be securely handed over.
- A concise, one-page documentation detailing the process for pushing future updates, including steps like 'npm run build && npx cap sync && rebuild signed bundle -> upload'.
- Clear documentation on how to bump versionCode/versionName for subsequent updates.
