WeCare is a Brazilian short-stay property management company (Airbnb /
Booking.com) scaling operations to R$ 10B AUM by 2030. We're lean, AI-first, and growing fast in a market that's still early.
**The Role**
We're looking for our first Marketing Head — someone who takes full ownership and builds the function from scratch. You'll shape the strategy, build AI agents to do the work, and grow into the leadership role as we scale. Right for you if you're hungry, autonomous, and want to build something real.
**What you'll own**
- Brand positioning and content strategy (CEO is the face of the brand — you amplify it)
- Organic growth: social media, seo, aio, content, inbound
- paid media: campaign execution and performance tracking
- owner acquisition: attract property owners to our platform
- guest demand: drive direct bookings, reduce ota dependency
- reporting, experiments, and constant iteration
**who we're looking for**
- 3–6 years in marketing — real estate, proptech, hospitality, or marketplace preferred
- strong content and brand instincts across b2c and b2b
- comfortable building and using ai tools (claude, gemini, canva, automations)
- data-driven decision maker
- excellent written portuguese (required) — english is a plus
- remote-ready and fully self-managed
