Operations Admin – Remote (Mexico-based)

Coordinate remote teams and manage content strategy across major social platforms
Remote | Must be based in Mexico | Full-Time

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Admin to join our growing team in a discreet, fast-paced digital environment. This role requires strong project coordination skills, social media expertise, and the ability to oversee virtual assistants and digital talent across multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has hands-on experience managing profiles and campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, and Reddit. Familiarity with subscription-based content platforms (think creators who monetize their fanbase through exclusive content) is a major plus.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage, support, and delegate to a team of remote virtual assistants and content creators
- Oversee day-to-day social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Maintain and operate multiple accounts across Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter/X
- Monitor proxy usage and maintain aged digital profiles
- Track and follow up on invoices, payments, and creator payout schedules
- Maintain and optimize crm data and workflows (experience with ghl is a plus)
- monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to content strategy
- ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are accurate and submitted on time
- coordinate discreet communications with high-profile talent

you're a fit if you have...

2+ years experience in digital operations, social media management, or remote team coordination

Hands-on experience managing multiple social profiles across major platforms

Familiarity with privacy tools, proxies, and aged accounts

Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Experience with subscription-based fan platforms (such as content monetization sites used by creators)

A high level of discretion, professionalism, and digital hygiene

Comfort working with cross-border teams and managing time zone differences

Bonus: Experience with Slack, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Notion, Gologin, Infloww, Google Suite,
