Experienced Outbound Call Agent for Usa Home Surveys (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a highly motivated outbound call agent to conduct surveys with customers in the USA. Experience is better but needed, the primary responsibility will be to make calls and ask specific questions regarding their homes. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English, as most calls will be conducted in English. Proficiency in Spanish is also required for occasional calls to Spanish-speaking customers. The role involves clear articulation, active listening, and accurate recording of information gathered during calls.
