We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on lead quality and conversion performance. This role is for someone who understands that cheap clicks and high volume leads mean nothing if they do not convert into real customers. If you take ownership of results, test continuously, and optimize with intent, this role will be a good fit. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Focus on lead quality CPL and conversion outcomes. Plan and execute testing for keywords, audiences, and ad copy. Monitor performance and make proactive optimizations. Provide clear performance insights and recommendations. What we care about: generating qualified leads. Understanding user intent and filtering low quality traffic. Making data driven decisions and explaining them clearly. REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of hands on PPC experience. Strong experience with Google Ads search campaigns. Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution. Experience improving lead quality not just lowering CPC. Comfortable being accountable for results. Clear written English communication. Nice to have: experience with service based businesses. Landing page or CRO experience. This role has the potential to become long term based on performance.
