Unicio is a growing WordPress-based EdTech platform that enables creators to build, market and sell online courses and digital products using AI-powered tools.

The platform is already live (WordPress + Tutor LMS) and is now entering its next phase: improving the product, launching creator and student acquisition programs, and building a scalable growth engine — initially in Brazil and later internationally.

## Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive **Project & Growth Manager** who can take ownership of execution and drive measurable business growth.

This is **not an administrative coordination role**.

We are not looking for someone who only manages tasks, schedules meetings, or follows up with developers.

We are looking for someone who can operate across the full growth cycle:

**Opportunity → Experiment → Execution → Measurement → Optimization → Growth**

## What You Will Do

### Growth & Marketing

* Identify opportunities to attract creators and students
* Design and execute growth experiments and acquisition campaigns
* Test multiple acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships, referrals, communities)
* Optimize funnels, conversion rates, cac and roi
* continuously analyze performance and improve results

### product & course growth

* identify high-potential course opportunities
* help design and launch micro-courses and mvps
* improve course positioning, messaging and conversion
* work with ai tools to accelerate content, marketing and research
* build repeatable systems for successful course launches

### execution & project ownership

* coordinate developers, designers and external contributors
* translate business goals into clear execution plans
* ensure delivery of milestones and initiatives
* solve bottlenecks proactively
* take full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

## the ideal candidate

you are a hybrid of:

**project manager + growth marketer + entrepreneurial operator**

### Required Skills & Experience

* Experience in digital projects, growth or marketing roles
* Strong understanding of online acquisition and funnels
* Experience with WordPress (Tutor LMS is a plus)
* Experience in EdTech, SaaS, marketplaces or creator platforms (advantage)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization (advantage)
* Familiarity with AI tools for content and marketing
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Languishes: **English and Portuguese**

### Preferred

* Based in Brazil (São Paulo / Rio de Janeiro preferred)
* Startup experience
* Experience with paid ads (Meta / Google)
* Experience building or marketing online courses
* Experience with affiliate or referral systems
* Experience with AI-driven content/video tools
