We are seeking experienced chat support specialists to join our team for full-time remote positions. This role involves engaging with audiences on content creator platforms to drive sales and enhance customer experience. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to a consistent schedule and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Engaging in real-time chat interactions with users.
Driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Adhering to scheduled shifts and performance metrics.
Schedule:
Full-time commitment (5 to 7 days a week).
Available shifts (all times in BST): 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00.
Compensation:
This position offers a performance-based compensation model tied to sales generated.
Required Qualifications:
Native or fluent English proficiency (C2 level).
Proven prior experience in chat-based engagement or customer support for content creator platforms.
Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
Access to a reliable PC/Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection.
Familiarity with CRM or content management tools is a significant advantage.
