We’re looking for a video editor specialized in UGC-style ads for TikTok and Meta.
This is NOT cinematic editing — we need someone who understands performance marketing and can edit videos that convert.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Edit short-form UGC videos (15–45 seconds)
Create multiple variations from the same video (different hooks/openings)
Add captions, cuts, and simple effects for retention
Turn raw creator footage into high-performing ad creatives
⚡ What We’re Looking For
Experience editing TikTok / Meta ads
Understands hooks and retention (first 3 seconds are critical)
Fast turnaround and responsive
Able to follow creative direction and also suggest improvements

You specialize in cinematic or long-form editing
You don’t have experience with ads
💰 Details
Part-time ongoing roll with opportunity to move to full time
