Freelancer Needed: Commercial Quotation Preparation for Pharmaceutical Tenders in Zimbabwe

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with the preparation of commercial quotations for pharmaceutical and medical sundries tenders in Zimbabwe. The primary focus will be on responding to specific tender requirements, such as PGH 31/2026.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Supplier Sourcing: Identify and engage with reputable manufacturers and suppliers for the exact item names, specifications, and quantities provided in our Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
2.  Pricing Acquisition: Obtain comprehensive pricing information, including both Free On Board (FOB) and Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) to Harare, Zimbabwe.
3.  Regulatory Compliance Check: Verify the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ) registration status for all sourced products and suppliers to ensure full compliance.
4.  Quotation Formatting: Prepare and format a professional and compliant commercial quotation document, including detailed lead times, payment terms, and all other necessary tender requirements.

The successful candidate will be provided with the BOQ containing precise item names, specifications, and quantities. Strong research skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes are essential. Experience with tender documentation and regulatory requirements in the medical sector, particularly in the Zimbabwean context, will be a significant advantage.
