FastAPI: Build a lightweight backend for processing requests. REST APIs: Integrate AI services and external business systems. AI/Natural Language Processing: Understand customer questions and generate relevant replies. Prompt Engineering: Improve response quality, consistency, and relevance. Webhooks: Process incoming messages and delivery-status events. PostgreSQL: Store customer records, conversation history, and configuration data. Redis/Background Tasks: Handle asynchronous operations, retries, and scheduled tasks where needed. Docker/Cloud Deployment: Deploy the application with secure configuration, logging, and monitoring. Expected Features: The chatbot should answer FAQs using a configurable knowledge base, maintain conversational context, and escalate complex or uncertain requests to a human agent.
