Full-Stack Developer for Comprehensive Grocery & Food Ordering Ecosystem

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to build a complete grocery and food ordering ecosystem. This comprehensive platform will include mobile applications for customers and drivers, a shop management dashboard, a picking system, and a master administration dashboard. The ecosystem components are: 1. Mobile Applications (iOS + Android): - Customer App: Users will be able to browse groceries and food menus, add items to a cart, make online payments, select delivery or click & collect options, manage a digital wallet with cashback, earn loyalty points, apply promotions and coupons, view order history, save favorites, and track drivers in real-time on a map. - Driver App: Drivers will have functionalities to accept or reject incoming orders, confirm pickups via qr scan, utilize in-app navigation with maps, provide delivery proof (photo, otp, or signature), and update order statuses (picked up, on the way, delivered). 2. Shop Dashboard: - Web Dashboard: This interface will allow shop managers to efficiently manage products, categories, menus, pricing, inventory levels, promotions, and coupons. It will also facilitate order management and provide comprehensive reports on sales, inventory, wallet/loyalty usage, and best-selling items. - Android Order Device: A simplified, orders-only screen designed for shop counters or kitchens to accept, print, and manage incoming orders. 3. Picking System (Android with Barcode Gun): - This system will enable staff to scan each item in a customer's order to ensure accuracy and prevent mis-picking. It will also handle substitutions for out-of-stock items and print bag labels and receipts. 4. Master Dashboard (Owner/Admin): - The central administration panel will allow the owner to manage multiple shops based on postcode. It will include global settings for wallet, loyalty programs, and promotions, alongside cross-shop analytics covering sales, orders, delivery vs. Click & collect performance, and heatmaps by postcode. Audit logs for refunds, price changes, and voids will also be available. Technical Expectations: The project requires cross-platform mobile applications developed with React Native or Flutter. The backend should be built using Node.js/Express or Laravel, with data stored in PostgreSQL or MySQL databases. The web dashboard is expected to use React/Next.js with Tailwind CSS for styling. Map integration will utilize Google Maps or Mapbox. The entire system must be secure, scalable, and feature a user-friendly design.
