Full-Time Remote Marketing & Operations Assistant for Luxury Concierge Group

Concierge Signature Group, a luxury concierge agency operating in Tulum (Mexico), Marbella (Spain), and Dubai (United Arab Emirates), is seeking a dedicated full-time remote assistant. We provide our clients with tailor-made experiences such as villas, yachts, private chefs, luxury car rentals, and exclusive excursions. This role is crucial for supporting our daily operational and marketing tasks.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual available Monday to Friday (approximately 8 hours per day). The position is entirely remote.

Main Responsibilities:
* Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
* Write compelling blog articles and promotional texts to enhance our brand presence.
* Assist with ongoing website updates and improvements to ensure a seamless online experience.
* Organize and maintain digital assets and materials efficiently on Google Drive.
* Collaborate actively on diverse marketing projects, such as campaigns, brochures, and visual content.
* Provide support for other administrative or creative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
* Strong written English communication skills are essential; proficiency in French or Spanish is a valuable asset.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
* Familiarity with Google Drive, Canva, and other online collaboration tools.
* Ability to work independently, demonstrating responsiveness and reliability.
* A keen aesthetic sense and a solid understanding of the luxury and lifestyle industry are highly desirable.

This is a full-time remote position with consistent availability required Monday to Friday.
