Full-Time Remote Luxury Concierge for Global Agency (Tulum, Marbella, Dubai)

Concierge Signature Group, a luxury concierge agency operating in Tulum (Mexico), Marbella (Spain), and Dubai (United Arab Emirates), is seeking a dedicated full-time remote freelance concierge. This role is crucial for managing client communication and coordinating effectively with local partners to ensure an exceptional client experience.

We specialize in providing tailor-made luxury experiences, including villas, yachts, private chefs, luxury car rentals, and exclusive excursions. The ideal candidate will be essential in maintaining smooth daily operations and upholding our high standards of service.

This position is entirely remote and requires strong availability and responsiveness, primarily via WhatsApp.

Main Responsibilities:
* Handle client communication before, during, and after their stay.
* Respond to requests and inquiries primarily via WhatsApp.
* Coordinate and follow up with local partners and service providers.
* Ensure seamless execution of bookings and services.
* Maintain a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
* Support day-to-day operational tasks related to conciergerie services.

Requirements:
* Bilingual English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
* Experience in concierge services, hospitality, or luxury tourism is a significant advantage.
* Knowledge of Tulum is a plus.
* Proficiency in French or Spanish is also a plus.

Work Conditions:
* 100% remote position.
* Approximately 7 hours per day.
* 1 day off per week.
* This is a freelance engagement.
