Full-Time Remote Phone Sales Representative for Us Solar-Savings Team

We are a US-based sales team that enrolls Illinois households into a community solar program — it puts a discount directly on their electric bill at no cost to them. Real program, real savings. This is a long-term, full-time role with a clear growth path, not a gig.

how the role grows:
- phase 1 — opener (first 2-4 weeks): dial warm leads (people who filled out our ad forms) on our power dialer, deliver a short pitch, and transfer interested customers to a specialist. Learn our process and floor rhythm.
- Phase 2 — Junior Closer: take overflow calls and scheduled follow-up sessions — guided closing with warm, already-pitched customers.
- Phase 3 — Closer: run full enrollment calls on your own seat, with a per-deal bonus on top of your hourly base.

pay:
- $6-8/hr usd base (depending on experience), paid weekly — stable, guaranteed hours.
- Per-deal bonuses once upgraded to closing — our reps' bonuses meaningfully exceed their base at full production.
- Full-time: ~40 hrs/week on US Central Time business hours.

what we require:
- excellent spoken english — near-native fluency and clarity. You will be assessed on a voice screen first.
- Professionalism — this is the #1 thing we hire for. Show up on time every shift, communicate in Slack, announce your breaks. We will train you on sales; we will not chase you on reliability.
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, quality USB headset.
- Available full-time on US Central Time (South America strongly preferred — time zone overlap).
- Phone sales / call-center / customer-service experience preferred but not required — attitude and English matter more.
