Full-Time Technical & Design Virtual Assistant (Shopify, Wix, Canva, Email Marketing)

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile Virtual Assistant with a strong technical background and basic design skills to join our fast-growing company. This is a full-time, long-term remote position, offering significant potential for professional growth. The ideal candidate will be available Monday to Friday, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm est. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and managing applications and integrations within Shopify. Building and maintaining websites using Wix and other standard website builders. Creating and editing visual content using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Providing support for email marketing campaigns, utilizing platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp. Offering general technical and administrative support. Light video assistance with GH4 footage is a plus, but not strictly required. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with Shopify app setup and configuration. Familiarity with Wix and various website development tools. Proficiency in graphic design, specifically with Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Understanding of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp. Technically inclined with a quick learning ability for new systems. Highly organized, reliable, and responsive. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-moving team. Commitment to a full-time schedule is essential.
