Gestão Inicial de Ads, Instagram e Landing Page para Empresa de Reparos (Eua)

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to establish a lean and effective online presence for Hausmend Renovations, our home improvement, handyman, and residential repair business in Florida, USA. The primary goal is to generate local leads for residential repair, tile, flooring, drywall, painting, and maintenance services.

The project involves three key components:
1.  Local Ad Campaign Setup and Management: Configure and manage local Google Ads and Instagram/Meta Ads campaigns. The focus is on targeting residential clients in Florida for our range of services.
2.  Simple 1-Page Landing Page Creation: Develop a very simple, single-page landing page designed for lead conversion. This page must include a clear call-to-action, such as a 'Get a Free Estimate' form and a 'Call Now' button. Essential Google and Meta conversion tracking tags must be correctly implemented.
3.  Basic Instagram Page Setup: Establish a foundational Instagram business page, including profile optimization and a basic post structure to support our local marketing efforts.

All ad copy and page content must be in clear English. We are looking for a budget-friendly setup to efficiently start generating leads.
