We are Kinetic Automation, a uk-based ai agency, seeking a skilled cold caller to execute a 250-lead sprint for our high-performance ai receptionist, "meera," designed for the plumbing and trade sector. The primary mission is not to sell a contract, but to secure Live Demo submissions from business owners. The ideal candidate will drive prospects to our landing page to receive an instant call from our AI Agent, Meera.

Technical Setup:
Platform: GoHighLevel (GHL). You will be responsible for dialing via the GHL Mobile App/Desktop.
Workflow Logic: You will categorize every lead into one of four specific "Buckets": No Answer, DNC (Do Not Call), Follow Up, or Meeting Booked. This requires proficiency in moving Opportunity Cards and tagging leads within GHL.

Requirements:
Fluent English: Exceptional clarity, professionalism, and confidence in spoken English are essential.
GHL Literate: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of GoHighLevel, including managing opportunity cards and tagging leads.
Resilience: The role involves calling UK tradesmen, requiring a thick skin, high energy, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Availability: Must be able to consistently dial during standard UK Business Hours (GMT).
