Hire a Quality Assurance (Qa) Engineer for Software Testing

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to our development lifecycle, focusing on ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and user-friendliness. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues and continuously improve overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
Accurately identify, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies through to resolution.
Collaborate effectively with development and product teams to resolve identified issues efficiently.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
Advocate for quality at all stages of the product development lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality end product.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
