We are looking to hire a skilled professional to provide administrative support across two key areas of our business: the construction industry and locksmith services. This role requires someone versatile who can act as both a Virtual Assistant for construction-related tasks and a dispatcher for our locksmith operations.

Responsibilities for the Construction VA role may include:
- General administrative support
- Data entry and management
- Email handling and correspondence
- Research related to construction projects or industry trends

Responsibilities for the Locksmith Dispatcher role may include:
- Managing incoming service requests via phone or email
- Scheduling locksmith appointments efficiently
- Communicating with locksmiths in the field
- Providing customer service and support

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or service industry, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with dispatching or scheduling is a significant plus.
