We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing our PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads. This role requires a proven track record of success in driving measurable results and improving ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily to ensure ROI targets are met.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing successful PPC campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
