This role starts part-time with massive growth potential—we’re talking clear paths to promotion, commission incentives, and the ability to shape the setter role and processes from the ground up.

💡 About CreatorShop & the Role At CreatorShop, we help everyday people break into the TikTok Shop gold rush—and we need a killer Setter to engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and book them into sales calls. You’ll be the first Setter on the team, meaning you’ll help define the role and build out the systems as we scale.
