We are a premium aesthetic and cosmetic surgery clinic seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and connect with our ideal clients through engaging content. This is a remote/freelance position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok aligned with our brand identity.
* Write compelling captions and calls to action (CTAs) that educate, engage, and convert.
* Design visually appealing posts using tools like Canva or Adobe.
* Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, TikToks, educational clips, before & after showcases, etc.).
* Manage and grow our online community by responding to direct messages (DMs) and comments.
* Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize reach and engagement.
* Collaborate with the internal team to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new service launches.
Ideal Profile:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with aesthetic, wellness, or beauty brands.
* Proficiency in content creation tools, including graphic design platforms like Canva and video editing applications such as CapCut or InShot.
* Strong sense of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
* Creative mindset with a deep understanding of what drives engagement in the beauty and health space.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our diverse audience.
