Hr People Partner for Growing Performance Marketing & It Company (Remote)

We’re looking for a proactive and forward-thinking HR People Partner to join M32 — a marketing company working with top-tier product IT businesses. You'll build and implement performance management systems, support managers with goal setting and feedback, launch onboarding programs from scratch, and drive employee engagement through data-backed initiatives.
