We are seeking an IT & Web Development Integrations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on automation and API integrations across CRMs, financial tools, ad channels, and internal systems—ensuring seamless data flow and efficient, scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities
Automations & API Integrations
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CRMs, QuickBooks,
Bill.com, Google Workspace, and internal systems.
• Create automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier or Make to streamline business processes.
• Ensure accurate data synchronization across sales, finance, marketing, and project management platforms.
Web & Data Solutions
• Develop internal tools and dashboards that unify data from multiple systems.
• Maintain secure, reliable, and efficient data management and reporting processes.
Ad Channel & Marketing Integrations
• Integrate digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with CRMs and analytics tools.
• Support automation and tracking for lead generation and performance campaigns.
Infrastructure & Systems Support
• Manage self-hosted servers and cloud service connections.
• Provide technical and systems support to ensure reliable performance across platforms.

Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in API integrations, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), and web development (JavaScript, Python, or similar languages).
• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks,
Bill.com, and Google Workspace integrations.
• Familiarity with digital ad channels (Google, Meta) and marketing data pipelines.
• Understanding of server environments (Linux and/or Windows).
