Long-Term Bilingual Crm & Marketing Automation Specialist (Zoho + Gohighlevel)

Our company, operating in the Environmental Wellness Space, is seeking a dedicated CRM and automation specialist to join our team for a long-term position. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that values consistency and results, rather than a one-off project.

Role Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize our existing CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM and GoHighLevel (GHL).
* Design and implement robust automation workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes.
* Provide essential support for our broader digital marketing efforts.

Required Experience and Skills:
* Fluency in both Spanish and English, for both written and spoken communication.
* Proven experience with Zoho CRM, including setup, customization, and daily management.
* Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including funnel building and campaign management.
* A strong understanding of CRM pipelines, marketing automation principles, and effective lead management strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in digital marketing and social media management.
* A track record of successfully building complex crm automation, such as email/sms sequences, advanced workflows, and trigger-based actions.
* Experience with Skool is considered beneficial.
