We are seeking a dedicated and reliable long-term Chat Follow-Up Manager to join our team. Our current chat team handles a high volume of incoming messages throughout the day. A key challenge we face is ensuring consistent follow-up with clients who stop responding, as our chatters are primarily focused on new client interactions. This role is crucial for maintaining client engagement and maximizing conversion opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting to our chat system multiple times a day to identify and send follow-up messages to all clients who have not responded for more than one hour. This involves a structured process of sending 2-3 pre-defined messages designed to re-engage the client. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills to ensure no client falls through the cracks. This is an ongoing position vital to our operational success.
