We are a U.S. Based company seeking a dedicated individual to manage and arrange compliance insurance and bond guarantees for our contractors. This is a long-term, ongoing project requiring a professional with excellent communication skills in English to liaise effectively with contractors and various insurance carriers. The primary responsibility will involve coordinating and securing the necessary insurance and bonds to ensure contractor compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating directly with contractors to understand their specific insurance and bond requirements.
- Engaging with insurance carriers to arrange for the issuance of appropriate compliance insurance and bond guarantees.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner.
While not strictly required, a strong familiarity with financial statements and an understanding of construction accounting principles would be a significant advantage for this role. We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to integrate into our operations for the long term.
