Long-Term Creative Project Assistant – Wordpress/Ghost/Kajabi

I’m hiring a long-term generalist VA for creative + technical support work. LATAM strongly preferred for timezone overlap. Pay is hourly ($7–$9/hr), capped at $500/month. Weekly hours vary based on your rate (approx. 14–18 hrs/week). Early weeks include paid onboarding and focused conversations.

About the work:
• Support a philosophy/science essay site with a cart + plug-ins
• Support a modern-history news-style site (not a simple blog)
• Build/edit pages in WordPress, Ghost, and Kajabi
• Suggest design references based on aesthetic descriptions
• Organize talks, run transcripts, assemble rough chapter drafts (for a Survival-Guide–style book)
• Retreat/event support (landing pages, formatting, light marketing tasks)
• Research, AI-assisted drafting, and general content organization
• Track your own hours with simple weekly summaries

What “initiative” means here:
• Asking clear questions when something is unclear
• Offering 2–3 options when I describe a design or feature
• Suggesting tasks when hours are light
• Troubleshooting small issues before escalating

Ideal candidate:
• Strong written English
• Comfortable with WordPress/Ghost/Kajabi basics (or learns fast)
• Canva-friendly; open to simple automations
• Organized, curious, communicative
• Interested in a 6+ month relationship
