Spanish-speaking countries are next on our map, with Brazil right behind. If you bring fresh ideas and good energy, we’re all ears.  We are seeking a creative and open-minded marketing agency to help us relaunch and grow an acquired Spanish adult online store.

The store has strong organic traffic but high bounce rates and is being migrated from PrestaShop to Shopify. The project requires a strategic digital marketing launch plan and ongoing long-term collaboration for operation management.

The goal is to significantly improve performance, focusing on driving retention and repeat purchases in the latam and us hispanic markets. The store will support multiple languages.

We are looking for a small, boutique agency with direct experience in the DTC premium category or with sensitive content domains (Adult, beauty, health, wellness). Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, along with familiarity with the nuances of both Latin American and U.S. Hispanic markets. Experience in the European market is a plus.

Key requirements:
1. Customize and build a new Shopify store, reflecting a clean, premium design based on provided theme references or very close.
2. Migrate the existing PrestaShop adult store to Shopify, including product data, collections, and customer information.
3. Upload and configure approximately 600 unique product pages, each with relevant variants, images, and metadata. (If needed this can be outsourced)
4. Launch the Shopify store in priority LATAM markets, followed by expansion into the U.S. Hispanic market (California, Texas, Florida)
5. Implement a digital marketing strategy tailored to the adult product category in LATAM.
6. Manage social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook – Spanish-first, with Portuguese as a second phase.
7. Run and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google) across latam and the us with ongoing performance tracking.
8. Coordinate influencer outreach and develop ugc content with latam-based micro-influencers (real product demos, stories, etc.).
9. Provide bilingual copywriting (Spanish and Portuguese) and create localized, culturally relevant content.
10. Design and deliver high-quality visual creatives (ads, banners, short videos), optimized for Meta and TikTok.
11. Optional: Provide SEO support and publish blog content in Spanish to improve organic traffic.
