We are looking for marketing expert who will bloom our company in Google ADS, Facebook ADS/Instagram ADS etc. We are looking for someone for long-term relationship :)

Project overview

LuxMedi is Brazilian digital health clinic, currently focused on psychiatry and general medicine (for now). It provides affordable, fast, and discreet access to mental health care for people who often can’t or don’t want to go to a traditional clinic. The typical patient is a woman aged 30-40, from social classes C, D and E, often struggling with burnout, anxiety, insomnia or depression, who may need a medical certificate to rest (sick leave), start treatment with medication or receive prescription for their ongoing problem. Positioning: friendly, no-jargon, supportive and non-judgmental. It’s about making health care simple, approachable and easy to start. Key services for now: Psychiatric consultations by chat (text), video call or phone call. General consultations by chat (text), video call or phone call. Prescription of medications, including controlled meds (with specific flow requiring video). Renewals of prescriptions. Soon: endocrinology and longevity programs (weight loss, hormones, metabolism) and psychology. Brand personality: Warm, human, welcoming. Accessible — language is simple, not medical-heavy. Empowering — encourages people to take the first step. Digital-first — easy to book, WhatsApp-integrated flows, minimal friction. Target Audience: Brazilians in small towns and rural areas with limited access to psychiatrists. Lower and middle-income groups (classes C, D, E), for whom private psychiatry is too expensive. People who need quick, discreet help for burnout, anxiety, insomnia or depression — often tied to work and family stress. Personas 👩 Silvana (35) Single mom, overwhelmed, often tearful, sleeps poorly. Needs a kind doctor, quick help and a medical note to take a break. 👨 Marcos (42) Uber driver, under financial stress, struggles to sleep, sometimes has panic attacks.
