Marketing Manager for Ecommerce Ads Agency (Full Time, Long Term)

About us
August Marketing is a paid media and creative agency for ecommerce brands doing six figures a month. We run Meta ads and make the creative, and the creative is produced in our own ai studio built into our internal os.

The role
You are the one accountable owner of fulfilment. That means the weekly creative batch for every brand, the client conversation, every client call, and the record of what went live and what it did.

You will not sit in Premiere for eight hours. You will run our AI studio, judge its output hard, fix what needs fixing by hand, and make sure nothing is ever late or unclear.

What you will own
- The weekly batch for every brand, shipped on the day the delivery calendar says, with correctly named approved files handed to the ad specialist
- Amends turned around inside one working day, changing only what was named on the approved file
- The client conversation between calls, answered inside SLA, with proactive updates so no client has to chase
- Every client call: agenda out the day before, you on the call, minutes and action items in the OS within thirty minutes, then the actions run to done
- Every live ad logged with its Drive link and ad name, with a weekly verdict of scale, hold or cut
- The OS kept current by the end of every day: calendar ticks, tasks, client rules and status

You are right for this if
- You have at least two years marketing ecommerce brands
- You have worked on paid ads for ecommerce, Meta at minimum, and you can read roas, cpa, ctr and frequency without help
- you can fix a still or a cut by hand in capcut, premiere or photoshop when the studio gets it nearly right
- you write clear, warm, precise english, and your messages end with a next step and a date
- you can work full time on the uk working day with your camera on for calls
- you are comfortable driving ai tools and judging their output harder than a human's

nice to have: agency experience with several brands at once, running client calls and writing minutes, shopify, klaviyo or email flows.

Hours and pay
$250 per month, full time (fixed price, paid as a monthly milestone). 40 hours a week on the UK working day, Monday to Friday, camera on for calls. This is a long term role that we review at six months.

Where you are
We prefer candidates in South America, Africa or Asia. We hire on skill and the pay is set for these regions.
