We are seeking an experienced mobile front-end developer to build a robust and intuitive application for our road traffic management system. This app will be used by our field crews and control room operators to monitor and manage road incidents, closures, and traffic conditions in real time. The core functionality requires a live map interface with clickable markers representing incidents and traffic data, complemented by a list view of active incidents that updates automatically.

Key features and requirements include:

*  Live map display with interactive markers for incidents, road closures, and traffic conditions.
*  Real-time updates for all displayed information.
*  List view of active incidents with automatic refresh.
*  Ability for field agents to report new incidents directly from their mobile devices, including photo uploads and GPS tagging.
*  Integration with live camera feeds and traffic sensor data.
*  Push notifications for high-priority events and critical updates.
*  Role-based login system to differentiate between field crews and control room operators.
*  Cross-platform compatibility for both iOS and Android, preferably developed using Flutter or React Native.
