We are seeking an experienced developer or team to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a modern, mobile-first classifieds marketplace. The initial focus will be on the Emlak (real estate) category, with the architecture designed for future expansion to include vehicles, commercial listings, and a paid membership layer without requiring a full rebuild.Core Workflow Requirements: User Registration: Users must be able to register seamlessly using email or Google accounts. Ad Posting: Registered users should be able to immediately post property advertisements. Listing Assets: Each listing needs to support a photo gallery, a short video clip, and an optional PDF brochure attachment. Searchable Feed: Listings will be displayed in a clean, easily searchable feed. Interactive Map View: An interactive Google Maps view will be integrated to showcase property locations. Share & Co-manage Feature: A private feature allowing advertisers to invite others to edit or promote specific ads will be required.Technical Expectations: We are leaning towards a Next.js and Node.js backend with PostgreSQL for the database, but we are open to similarly modern, robust stacks that ensure fast performance, strong security, and easy scalability. The frontend should utilize a responsive UI kit such as Tailwind or Chakra, ensuring a mobile-first design approach.
