Native Brazilian Portuguese Instagram Smm / Content Creator for Ai Startup

Spiry, an innovative AI startup developing tools to help creators overcome creative blocks, procrastination, and burnout, is seeking a talented and experienced native Brazilian Portuguese content creator and Social Media Marketing (SMM) manager. The primary goal of this role is to significantly grow our Instagram presence within the Brazilian market.

This is a key position focused on Instagram growth, creating engaging Reels and short-form video content, and fostering a strong community. We are investing heavily in content quality, creative testing, and strategic growth, and are looking for someone who deeply understands the Brazilian audience and can produce content that resonates authentically with the market.

Responsibilities:
* Create compelling Instagram content exclusively in native Brazilian Portuguese.
* Record engaging Reels and other short-form videos, comfortable appearing on camera.
* Adapt current social media trends to fit our niche and brand voice.
* Actively participate in content planning and overall growth strategy sessions.
* Collaborate closely with our international team of creators and marketers.

Requirements:
* Must be a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
* English communication skills are essential for team collaboration.
* Proven track record of achieving Instagram growth for the Brazilian market, with demonstrable case studies and results.
* In-depth understanding of Instagram Reels, current trends, effective hooks, and viral content strategies.
* IMPORTANT: Must be comfortable appearing on camera and recording content independently.
* Experience in building and nurturing engaged online communities or fanbases is a significant advantage.

Initially, we will provide comprehensive scripts, content direction, references, and full support. As you grow into the role, there will be opportunities for increased creative ownership and participation in shaping our content strategy. You will join a dynamic international team that regularly brainstorms, tests new formats, analyzes performance metrics, shares emerging trends, and collectively builds robust content systems.

This is a remote position with a flexible schedule, available on a freelance, part-time, or full-time basis.
