We are seeking a dedicated freelancer to assist with ongoing recruitment and candidate sourcing efforts. The primary responsibilities will include researching potential candidates, identifying relevant professional profiles, and initiating outreach to suitable individuals. The role also requires meticulous organization of candidate information and efficient sharing of qualified candidates with our internal team.

We are looking for a professional who is proficient in online research, possesses strong communication skills, and can effectively manage and track multiple candidates simultaneously. While previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, lead generation, or similar research-oriented work is beneficial, it is not strictly essential.
