Part-Time Crm & Seo Assistant

Hi there!
We’re a growing commercial real estate team based in Austin, Texas and we’re looking for a dedicated team player to support us with crm, lead generation, and seo tasks for 3 hours per day, monday to friday.

We specialize in leasing (tenant & landlord representation), multifamily investments, and owner-user sales and we’re building a team that thrives on communication, consistency, and results.

What You’ll Do as Our crm & seo teammate:
*repurpose social media posts/videos into blog articles and market reports
*track lead magnet opt-ins and web traffic
*send 1 email newsletter/month, monitor email open & click rates
*keep crm organized, tagged, and up-to-date
*create automations system in the crm
*book consults and discovery calls through website
*create email marketing campaigns
*suggest improvements for outreach, lead flow, or tracking

who we’re looking for
*experience in digital marketing, crm and seo
*familiar with crms, google sheets, ga4, meta pixel, linkedin
*speaks and writes great english (must sound human, not robotic)
*bilingual (spanish/english)
*very organized and detail-oriented, nothing slips by you
*a true team player who brings ideas, not just tasks
*takes initiative and adapts as we grow
*loves structure but also thinks creatively
*a team player with ownership mindset ("ponerse la camiseta" for real)
*punctual and reliable; we can’t move forward as a team without consistency.

💵 compensation
$3/hour + performance-based bonuses (uncapped!). You’ll be part of a results-driven team — the more deals we close, the more you earn.
