Part-Time Marketing Strategist (Wellness App Launch)

We’re building Radiance Recovery, a gender-inclusive mobile app that helps individuals prepare for and heal from surgery — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We combine evidence-based recovery tools with holistic healing practices like breathwork, intention-setting, and energy alignment. Founded by a registered nurse and certified health coach, our mission is to revolutionize recovery — making it more empowering, supportive, and holistic. What You’ll Do (Initial Scope) This is a part-time, strategy-focused role to help us prepare for a lean but powerful app launch. Responsibilities: Craft a high-level marketing launch roadmap (pre-launch, launch week, post-launch) Assist with crowdfunding campaign (GoFundMe) Advise on social media content themes + growth strategy (Instagram, TikTok) Provide input on email funnel ideas and lead magnets Recommend low-budget marketing tactics (referrals, PR, micro-influencers) Optional: Support with brand collaborations or ad strategy (if skilled) You Are… Based in Mexico and fluent in English (spoken + written) Experienced with digital marketing strategy (especially for launches or wellness brands) Familiar with crowdfunding, email marketing, or social media growth Strategic but not afraid to get hands-on Aligned with values like empowerment, healing, and purpose-driven business Bonus if you have interest in spirituality, holistic health, or feminine wellness
