Olá, aqui é a Clara, recrutadora da Workana Empresas, e um de nossos clientes está em busca de um(a) Pmo para um projeto de longo prazo (mínimo 12 meses).
main responsabilities:
-detailed workplan with clear deliverables, responsibles & dates by phase
-detailed resource allocation tracker registration & maintenance
-project workplan execution follow up
-project integration considering activities from functional pillar leaders, tech leaders, change management leader and finance leader assigned to each project
-risk & issue management at project level
-project level / pillars level, it, change management meeting governance
-weekly status reporting (including summary reporting to programme management office) per project following runway methodology and stage gate exit criteria.
-Residual Actions follow up per Stage Gate
-Business Process Model flow integration support between:
-L1, L2 & L3 Organizations
-Interim & E2E State
-With other projects
-MGPPs & CERs Generation support per Project (Led by Pillar Lead)
-Support Finance Leader assigned to Project over CERs generation and updates based on MGPPs to complete SG5s (baseline vs. End state)
EXPERIENCE:
-Experience in PMO Implementation and Organizational Change Management.
-Experience in Tech Tool implementation in organizations
-Oriented to the evaluation, planning, administration, execution and control of projects.
-Efficiency oriented in project cost control, multi-activity coordination capability, effective leadership
-Digital oriented
Language: Portuguese Native - Ingles Advance – Spanish Intermediate/Advance
