Professional Development Assistant for Software Projects and Technical Support

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Professional Development Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our day-to-day software development operations. This role involves project coordination, technical research, and documentation tasks, working closely with our development and product teams.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling both technical and administrative development tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflows and effective communication across the team.

Responsibilities include:

*  Assisting developers with project tracking, task organization, and progress updates.
*  Helping to prepare technical documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
*  Conducting research on tools, APIs, libraries, and technical solutions as needed.
*  Supporting QA testing by reviewing features, reporting bugs, and clearly documenting issues.
*  Coordinating communication between developers, clients, and other team members.
*  Assisting with the management of tickets, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
*  Preparing summaries of technical discussions and action items.
*  Supporting basic development-related tasks when applicable.

Requirements:

*  Strong communication and organizational skills.
*  Basic understanding of software development workflows.
*  Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
*  Ability to write clear documentation and follow technical instructions.
*  Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently.
*  Comfortable working with remote teams and in fast-moving project environments.
*  Basic knowledge of web development, APIs, or QA testing is a plus.
