We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive and professional Resume Management System. This system will be built using PHP, Mysql, html, css, and javascript, ensuring a robust and dynamic web application. The core functionality will include a secure login page for user authentication and an administrative dashboard for managing resumes.

Key features required for the system:
- Secure user login functionality.
- An intuitive admin dashboard for overall system management.
- Ability to create new resumes, capturing detailed personal information, educational background, professional qualifications, skills, languages, hobbies, and references.
- Efficient search capability to find resumes by CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
- Functionality to view, update, and delete existing resume entries.
- All resume data, including personal details, education, professional experience, skills, languages, hobbies, and references, must be securely stored in a MySQL database.
- The system must be able to generate professional A4 pdf resumes using the tcpdf library, including the profile photo and all relevant sections of the resume.

The design must be modern, responsive, and mobile-friendly, ensuring optimal usability across various devices, including smartphones and computers. The user interface should be simple, attractive, and easy to navigate.

The final deliverable must include complete working source code, the database sql file for easy setup, detailed setup instructions for xampp, robust form validation, session-based authentication, and comprehensive error handling to ensure a stable and reliable application.
